Do you take on every search?
No. We take on searches where our market knowledge and direct involvement can add value. If a role falls outside that scope, we say so upfront.

How long does a leadership search usually take?
Searches typically reach offer in 4–6 weeks, depending on the role and alignment.
Do you work with candidates directly?
Yes. We speak with candidates whose experience aligns with active or emerging client needs. Our focus is executive leadership, heads of function, and critical senior hires.
How do you structure your fees?
We work on an engaged or retained basis. A partial retainer is collected at launch, with the remainder due upon completion. Terms are agreed before the search begins.
